{"id":407,"date":"2015-07-17T07:43:53","date_gmt":"2015-07-17T07:43:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/close-capenhurst.org.uk\/?p=407"},"modified":"2016-05-02T05:28:43","modified_gmt":"2016-05-02T05:28:43","slug":"ccc-protest-at-the-drs-depot-in-carlisle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/close-capenhurst.org.uk\/?p=407","title":{"rendered":"CCC protest at the DRS Depot in Carlisle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>LEAFLETTING AND DEMO 18th July. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Close Capenhurst Campaign are <a href=\"https:\/\/mariannewildart.wordpress.com\/2015\/07\/15\/celebrating-20-years-of-transporting-nuclear-waste-to-sellafield-really\/\" target=\"_blank\">teaming up with Radiation Free Lakeland to leaflet and demonstrate<\/a> against the continuing practice of hauling radioactive wastes through our city centres, towns, and villages. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>The event outside the Direct Rail Services [ DRS ] Kingmoor Depot, Etterby Road, Carlisle , Cumbria CA3\u00a09NZ, will be between 11.00. &amp; 14.00. on Saturday July 18th<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>This will be the first time that any demonstration has been held at the DRS Carlisle depot, and follows on from last years leafleting session at their depot in Crewe. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>CCC will continue to leaflet outside of the various railway stations through which nukiller waste is taken. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>We will do this in order to show the links between nukiller new build, to increase public awareness as to just what happens at Capenhurst, and to show just what long term radioactive problems face us all.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LEAFLETTING AND DEMO 18th July.
