There are two important protest events take place during June & July.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

June 2<\/span><\/span><\/span>4th\u00a0 –\u00a0 Capenhurst<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We will be going back to Capenhurst to read out th<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>e 1978 <\/a><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>URENCO Declaration<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>, <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>together with an updated version, which will reflect th<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>e damage which currently<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> being done by <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>URENCO<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

There will be some activists who were at the 1978 demonstration to read out these declaration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The reading will start at 13.00.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Travel directions – Overground from Chester or Liverpool.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

July <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>21st <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/b>\u2013\u00a0 <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>Crewe<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Once again we will\u00a0 be back to the DRS [ Direct Rail Service ] open day at their Gresty Bridge depot<\/a> in Crewe.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

DRS are the railway company which transport highly radioactice nukiller waste<\/a> to Sellafield.<\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This will be our 5th demonstration and leafleting session at a DRS open day event.<\/span><\/strong>
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This is what is stated about the event on the DRS website: –<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

‘Bring the family along for a fun day out as we invite you to have a look behind the scenes’.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We will be telling a very different story.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The leafleting session will last from 10.30 to 15.30.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Depot is a 10 minute walk from Crewe station<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
